“乡村振兴”是世界各国都普遍关注的议题,艺术设计专业参与到乡村振兴的工作中,旨在依托乡村的“人”、“文”、“地”、“产”、“景”五大要素,设法帮助村庄达到“兴村”、“致富”的目的。本工作坊群着重在 “文化旅游村”的打造,相关的设计内容包括但不限于环境设计、IP设计、产品设计、服务设计,庭院经济等。工作坊将邀请导师自主设定课题、分享案例、方法以及展示各自在乡村工作中的心得和经验;通过线上小组讨论和实操,带领不同院校的学生,解决命题挑战、提出创新的解决方案。

课题说明

2023年1月,中共中央、国务院在中央一号文件《关于做好2023年全面推进乡村振兴重点工作的意见》中再次强调,做好乡村振兴必须扎实推进宜居宜业和美乡村建设。在这一背景下,艺术以其特有的表现力、创造力和整合力而备受关注。习近平总书记指出:“要发挥美术在服务经济社会发展中的重要作用,把更多美术元素、艺术元素应用到城乡规划建设中”。

针对选题通过调研与分析,服务设计思维的角度,从视觉形象设计,到景观设计架构、建筑改造活化利用等方面围绕乡村品牌来创作,对县域品牌及典型村落进行文化内涵挖掘、打造品牌故事,形成独具特色的村内形象再设计及打造独特的品牌、文创产品设计、环境场景设计、农副产品包装及数字化推广、文化旅游资源整合及创新设计初步达成一定成效。并逐步通过“艺术村长”打造典型村庄服务案例,在总结创建试点工作经验基础上,有计划、分步骤地对其他村庄,进行分类、分批整治改造建设,逐步使“艺术村长”建设转入常态化赋能乡村振兴项目。

课题说明

桃园是台湾第五大直辖市,有海岸、埤塘、台地、丘陵、山林,刻划出丰富多元的地景地貌;有多元族群融合造就的文化特色,客家人口超过90万人,是台湾客家人口最多的城市。龙潭区位居桃园丘陵台地最南端,是台湾重要的文学发源地,「阅过山丘有机书店」位处三和里核心区域,邻近信仰中心-三元宫、里民集会空间-三和社区发展协会、观光亮点-和窑文创园区等场域间,透过返乡青年设计师摇身一变,将闲置数10年的庙宇仓库活化空间定位作为社区友善使用。2021年8月空间落成后,以公益、友善、阅读推广为出发,让位处山林农村的邻里居民,日常能有阅读书籍、课后辅导等场域。服务对象涵盖各年龄层,追求三大目标「银发享受社区服务与美学疗愈」、「青年返乡有场域创新执行交流」、「孩童学习力陪伴探索地方风土」,打破山区空间的限制,媒合内外部资源进入,鼓励社区青年参与,提供专业展现培力及品牌曝光,扰动社区长辈混龄交流,找寻自我生活价值,吸引大专院校、公益团体、亲子旅客等初访到再访机会,运用不同形式推动创生模式。本工作坊将从服务设计、视觉设计等角度,探索实际案例“阅过山丘有机书店”的更多可能。

Task Description

Task Description

Taoyuan is the fifth largest city directly under the Taiwan Provience. It has diversified landscape, including coasts, ponds, terraces, hills, and forests. The cultural characteristics created by the integration of diverse ethnic groups, with a Hakka population of over 900000, make it the city with the largest Hakka population in Taiwan. Longtan District is located at the southern most tip of Taoyuan Hilly Terrace, and is an important birthplace of literature in Taiwan. "Read Over Hills Organic Bookstore" is located in the core area of Sanheli, close to the faith center - Sanyuan Palace, and the Limin gathering space - Sanhe Community In areas such as the Development Association, the sightseeing spot-Heyao Cultural and Creative Park, etc., the revitalized space of the temple warehouse, which has been idle for several decades, is positioned as a community-friendly use through the transformation of the returned young designers. After the completion of the space in August 2021, starting from perspective of public welfare, friendliness, and reading promotion, it will give way to neighbors in the mountains, forests and rural areas, where they can have reading books and after-school tutoring on a daily basis. The service targets cover all age groups, and the pursuit of three major goals is "elders enjoy community service and aesthetic healing", "youth return home to have field innovation and implementation exchange", "children's learning ability is accompanied by exploration of local customs", breaking the limitation of mountain space, matching the entry of internal and external resources, encouraging the participation of young people in the community, providing professional display training and brand exposure, disturbing the mixed-age communication of community elders, finding the value of self-life, and attracting colleges and universities, public welfare groups, parent-child tourists, etc.to offer visit or re-visit opportunities, using different forms to promote the creation model.
