本说明书为2023年设计马拉松相关工作实施重点，文件涵盖工作坊群组赛道说明，工作坊群组长的主要职责，实施时间重要节点，作品评分成绩构成及奖项设置等相关说明。
This manual is the implementation focus of the 2023 Design Day Marathon. The document covers the description of the course of the workshop groups, the main responsibilities of the Workshop Coordinator, the important nodes of the implementation time, the composition of the score of the work and the setting of the award.
一、工作坊群组赛道说明
Introducing Workshop Group & Workshop Coordinator
本次马拉松活动的赛制改变去年单一的工作坊形式，采取了“工作坊群”的赛道形式，各工作坊群至少由2名老师组成，其中1名为群组长。各工作坊群至少由2个工作坊组成，每个工作坊至少含有1名指导老师。例如“老年人设计工作坊群”包含“老年人关怀工作坊”与“老年人康养工作坊”。各工作坊群的方向相同，其中的群内各工作坊主题不同，从而组成工作坊群。
The format of this year’s workhshop has changed from last year's single workshop format to a "workshop group" format. Each workshop group consists of at least two tutors, one of whom is the Workshop Coordinator. Each workshop group consists of at least 2 workshops with at least 1 tutor in each workshop.For example, the "Elderly Design Workshop Group" includes "Elderly Care Workshop" and "Elderly Wellness Workshop". The direction of each workshop is the same, and the theme of each workshop in the group is different, thus forming a workshop group.
二、工作坊群组长的主要职责
Main Responsibilities of Workshop Coordinator
-负责发布群内公告及制定群整体实施计划（如：上课平台、上课时间）
-负责和群内导师共同制定作品评分机制
-基于评分机制评审出作品的金、银、铜奖（并遴选一组作品参加9月30日设计马拉松路演）
- Responsible for releasing announcements within the group and formulating the overall implementation plan of the group (e.g. class platform, class time)
-Responsible for working with the group's tutors to develop a grading mechanism for their work.
-Responsible for organizing the group tutors to jointly evaluate the gold, silver and bronze awards of the "Groups" (and select ONE group of entries to participate in the Roadshow on September 30)

四、任务书提交
Task Brief Submission
课题任务书及北服申报表由工作坊群内各工作坊指导老师填写，协同导师无需填写。请各位老师填写后统一交由组委会。
The Task brief and the application form are completed by tutor of each workshop in the workshop group, and the co-tutor does not need to fill in. Please fill in and hand it to the Organizing committee.
五、学员招募

据往年经验正式组约为5名学生一组具体人数视今年报名人数而定。请老师们多多帮忙推广谢谢～
According to previous experience, the official group is about 5 students in one workshop, the accurate number depending on the number of applicants this year. Thank you ~
六、作品评分成绩构成及奖项设置
Composition of Scores and Awards
评分成绩构成由组长需与组内的工作坊老师进行商讨制定。
可参考去年成绩设置：中期检查 30% + 最终答辩 70% = 总成绩（仅为组委会建议）
The composition of the marks is determined by the group leader in consultation with the workshop teachers in the group.
You can refer to last year's score setting: Intermediate Review 30% + Final Fefense 70% = Total Score (Recommended)
