工作坊课题说明

调研表明,大学生心理健康问题呈逐年上升的趋势。近年来,大学生群体的抑郁检出率高,一半左右的大学生检测出抑郁状态。大学生阶段,是离开原生家庭,重塑自我的关键阶段,这期间的大学生面临着身份、学习方式、生活环境、交往群体等等的转变,同时还会面临各种社会比较,是建立新的人生目标,树立人生观、价值观的关键时期。成人,应该是大学生的教育工作核心。因此,了解大学生的心理健康状况,改进心理健康知识宣传方式,提升大学生自我训练和应对能力,是预防和减少危机事件的重要环节。据此,如何培养大学生正确的人生观,促进大学生幸福感的体验和获得人生长久的支撑是大学生成人成才的基石,“幸福观成长桌游”正是围绕这一问题的主动思考和回应。本实践研究在调查大学生心理健康现状和规律的基础上,让其可以感知、了解、面对自己的情绪状态,突破心理困境,建立自己稳定的长期幸福感支点。

Topic Description

Research shows that mental health problems among university students are on the rise year on year. In recent years, the detection rate of depression among university students is high, with about half of them detecting a depressive state. The university student stage is a crucial stage for leaving the family of origin and reinventing oneself. During this period, university students face changes in their identity, learning style, living environment, interaction groups and so on, as well as various social comparisons, which is a crucial period for establishing new life goals and setting up outlook and values. Adulthood, should be the core of the education work of university students. Therefore, understanding the mental health condition of university students, improving the way of promoting mental health knowledge and enhancing their self-training and coping ability are important links to prevent and reduce crisis events. Accordingly, how to cultivate a correct outlook on life, promote the experience of happiness and obtain long-term support in life is the cornerstone of university students' adult success, and the "Growing Up with Happiness Board Game" is a proactive thinking and response around this issue. This practical study is based on a survey of the current state and patterns of mental health of university students, so that they can perceive, understand and face their emotional state, break out of their psychological dilemmas and establish their own stable long-term fulcrum of happiness.
