文博场景、图书场景、文艺鉴赏场景和历史资料展示场景(博物馆)中的文化体验用户交互过程被定义为“文化数字交互”,不同场景下的文化传播与用户体验流程根据不同的场景交互行为目的与特征具有显著差异,其主要表现为文化内容的广泛性与多样性以及场景建构方法的丰富性。而影响文化记忆传播评价的另一个因素是用户的文化背景、学习方式和互动偏好的个体特征,这一现象提供了用户体验研究介入文化传播与文化产品研发的创新思路。

近年来,文化交互展示体验发展迅速,其主要目的为通过营造互动情境将观众代入为文化体验的参与者,以提升观众的参与性、愉悦性和可学习性。而用户体验研究内容包括但不仅限于上述文化体验的研究内容,同时由于用户体验是人机交互领域研究的核心概念,形成了一系列主流的设计、评价与效能研究的工作方法,例如可用性测试、愉悦度测试、游戏体验度量、科技接受模型评价等。

作为设计师,我们将通过适当使用数字交互技术提升传统文化交互场景中的用户体验,完成特定文化内容和交互形式的展示场景设计,并总结相关的设计经验。

导师参与了台北故宫互动展示场景设计、台北数位艺术节、“大运河”主题文化展示展陈设计、等多项文化传播用户体验设计项目,有较好的研究经验和基础数据,相信透过同学们的创意,能在相关基础研究成果之上有效的进行相关原型的设计创作,并在用户体验评价上取得优于传统文化展示场景的结论。

Topic Description

"Cultural Digital Interaction” refers to the user interaction of cultural experience in scenes of museums, cultural expo, art and literature appreciation and historical data displays. The cultural communication and user experience vary in different scenes, topics, behaviour and aims, which mainly manifests in diverse content and ways of scene construction.

Another factor that affects the evaluation of cultural memory communication is the user's cultural background, learning method and interactive preference, which provides an innovative way for the study of user experience to intervene in cultural communication and the development of cultural product.

In recent years, the cultural interactive display experience has developed rapidly, and its main purpose is to substitute the audience as participants in the cultural experience by creating an interactive scene. The user experience research content includes but is not limited to the above-mentioned cultural experience research content. At the same time, since user experience is the core concept of human-computer interaction research, a series of mainstream design, evaluation and effectiveness research methods have been developed, such as the test of usability, pleasure, game experience, technology acceptance, etc.

As designers, we will improve the user experience in traditional cultural interaction scenes through the appropriate use of digital interaction technology, complete the display scene design of specific cultural content and interactive forms, and summarise relevant design experience. The instructor participated in the interactive display scene design of the Taipei National Palace Museum, the Taipei Digital Art Festival, the "Grand Canal" theme cultural display exhibition design, and many other cultural communication user experience design projects. With excellent research experience and basic data, I believe that through the students’ creativity, the design and creation of related prototypes on the basis of related basic research results will be carried out, and reach conclusions that are superior to traditional cultural display scenarios in at the evolution of user experience.
