近年来,大家已经开始意识到老龄化是我们这一代医护人员与病患亲属所要面临的主要社会挑战之一。除了传统的医疗照护人员,许多设计师和科技专家也开始投身高龄照护领域。银发设计工作坊旨在为参与者提供了一个学习、创新和合作的平台,我们需要从长者的观点来了解他们的目标及梦想,以求能切实掌握他们的需求,进而找出可以协助他们找到快乐幸福来度过老龄生活的最佳方法。希望通过我们的设计和创新来推动老年人的幸福老龄生活,并为社会老龄化带来的挑战找到创新的解决方案。

课题说明

包容性设计(Inclusive Design)是“一种不需适应或特别设计,而使主流产品或服务能为尽可能多的用户所使用的设计方法和过程”。包容性设计确保在给定环境中产品/服务对个人的能力需求不会超出他们的能力范围,呼吁产品或服务系统对用户使用能力的要求尽可能减小,从而降低系统对用户的排斥性,让用户能力能满足系统对其要求。

人口老龄化日益严重,构建一个适合老人生活的社会,是我们每一个人都可以参与、需要为之努力的事情。老年人的身体机能随着年龄增大,或多或少会有所衰退,而老年人使用产品与服务和其自身的能力(比如感官能力-视觉和听觉,运动能力-移动、伸展和灵活性,和认知能力-交流和智能)密切相关。本课题从跨感官补偿的角度切入,赋能(补偿/提升用户能力)老年用户,提升产品使用体验。

工作坊中会介绍包容性服务设计的相关工具和方法,以及英国剑桥大学工程设计中心关于包容性设计的研究。希望与工作坊的学员一起通过设计手段来创新老龄产品/服务,让更多的人了解和关注老龄人群的需求,助力老年人享受智能家居。

课题说明

2021年5月11日,第七次全国人口普查结果显示,中国60岁及以上人口为26402万人,占18.70%,人均寿命为78.2岁,中国进入了深度老龄化社会。随着失能半失能老人规模及其比例将由2020年的4564万人和17.11%上升到2030年的6953万人和17.44%,高龄老人的康养和护理成为社会难题。作为设计师,我们将通过对高龄用户及家人、护理人员等的调研,针对高龄老人康养或护理的痛点,运用服务设计的方法,透过设计手段来提出解决问题的方案。导师有从事康养服务和设计的经验,有较好的研究参考书籍与数据,相信透过同学们的创意,我们能在康养服务和产品设计方面有所突破。

智能技术作为一种通用型技术,与人类历史上的蒸汽机、电力、信息技术一样,依托技术的外溢效应和配置效应引发各领域的创新变革。 从21世纪初开始,智能技术开始渗透到健身产业中,并逐步演化形成了智能健身的概念,其涵义主要是指互 联网、大数据、人工智能、区块链等智能交互技术广泛嵌入健身活动场景,形成具有在线化、智能化、互动化特征的健身新业态。

智能健身是指以人工智能为代表的新兴技术广泛嵌入健身活动所衍生的具有在线、智能、交互等特征的健身新形态。 我国智能健身,目前在受众群体上逐步从年轻群体向全民化扩展,在形态上从软件向软硬件融合发展,目前并没有关于围绕老年人这个人群智能健身的具体应用场景方面的研究,智能健身仍受制于健身效果难达预期、健身体验尚待提升、智能健身需要进行服务系统设计、体验设计,提升老年人的健身体验。

Task Description:

Inclusive Design is "a design method and process that enables mainstream products or services to be used by as many users as possible without adaptation or special design." Inclusive design ensures that the ability requirements of products/services for individuals in a given environment will not exceed their capabilities, and calls for the product or service system to minimize the requirements for users' ability to use, thereby reducing the exclusion of the system to users. Let the user's ability meet the system's requirements.

The aging of the population is getting greater, and building a society suitable for the elderly is one question that each of us can participate in and need to work hard to solve. The physical functions of the elderly will decline as they age growing, and the elderly use products and services and their own abilities (such as sensory abilities - vision and hearing, motor abilities - movement, stretching and flexibility) , and cognitive abilities—communication and intelligence) are closely related. This task starts from the perspective of cross-sensory compensation, empowers (compensates/enhances user capabilities) elderly users, and improves product experience.

The workshop will introduce relevant tools and methods of inclusive service design, as well as research on inclusive design by the Engineering Design Center of the University of Cambridge, UK. I hope that together with the students in the workshop, we will innovate products/services for the elderly through design means, so that more people can understand and pay attention to the needs of the elderly, and help the elderly enjoy smart homes.

On May 11, 2021, the results of the seventh national census showed that China's population over 60 was 264.02 million, accounting for 18.70% of whole population, and the average age expectancy was 78.2 years. China has entered a deeply aging society. As the scale and proportion of the disabled and semi-disabled elderly will rise from 45.64 million, 17.11% in 2020 to 69.53 million,17.44% in 2030, the rehabilitation and care of the elderly has become a social problem. As a designer, we will use the method of service design to propose solutions to the problems of the elderly through the research of elderly users, their families, and nursing staff. The tutor has experience in health care services and design, and has good research reference books and data. I believe that through the creativity of the students, we can make breakthroughs in health care services and product design.

Task Description:

As a general-purpose technology, smart technology, like the steam engine, electric power, and information technology in human history, relies on the spillover effect and configuration effect of technology to trigger innovation and change in various fields. Since the beginning of the 21st century, intelligent technology has begun to penetrate into the fitness industry, and has gradually evolved into the concept of intelligent fitness, which mainly refers to the widespread embedding of intelligent interactive technologies such as the Internet, big data, artificial intelligence, and blockchain into fitness activity scenarios , forming a new fitness business format with online, intelligent and interactive features.

Smart fitness refers to a new form of fitness that is characterized by online, intelligent and interactive facilities, derived from the widespread embedding of emerging technologies represented by artificial intelligence into fitness activities. China's smart fitness is currently gradually expanding from young people to universal in terms of audience groups, and is developing from software to software-hardware integration in terms of the form.
